In the event that this is not true, please contact us through the email "Contact US" section on the Home Page and we will make things right. If you want to have the order replaced, we will do that at no cost to you. If you want to have your purchase price refunded, we will do that.
We won't ask you to return an order - its food. But in some cases we may ask for photos to help us improve our processes.
We will preserve the records of replacement and refund activity, and in the unlikely event of multiple requests that seem to be abuse of the guarantee, we reserve the right to remove a buyer from our qualified customer list and decline to accept future purchases.
